Supplier multi-buy discounts

An improvement has been made to factor for supplier multi-buy discounts. These discounts can be recognised during a purchase order entry. To edit these, go to supplier price lists page and to import these in bulk, use the 'supplier price w multibuy' import data type.

PO shipping charge pro-rata

Pro-rata shipping costs for purchase order products have been enhanced. This is applicable to base currency purchase orders, and shipping costs can be allocated proportionately to the products without requiring the completion of a full landed cost calculation. To enable this option, go to the purchase settings page.

Stock-in-transit transfers

For location transfers, once a location transfer has been committed, the system can generate a stock-in-transit PO. When the PO arrives, it will then need to be received by the recipient location. This is an improved process which requires additional configuration.

Integration with Smartpay and Verifone

For the point-of-sale, did you know that Qblue can connect to Verifone and Smartpay Eftpos terminals? It provides a faster and accurate payment flow. Smartpay is available both in New Zealand and Australia.

Support for WebP images

WebP is a modern image format that provides superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web. These types of images/photos are now supported by Qblue Inventory.

New orders summary report

An extension to the sales orders page. New columns include: Value already invoiced, Remaining value, Amount paid and PO link. It can also be served as a work in progress report which shows any deposit amounts paid. To access it: click "more" on the sales orders page, then "Orders summary report"

Commission reports

Define commision rates for product types vs sales team members. The report uses the 'Entered by' setting that have been set on the invoices, and there is an option to calculate the values depending on the customers 'Managed by person'.

New ETA calendar

Planner calendar is now available on the "Purchase orders" page. It displays a visual calendar to show when the orders are anticipated to arrive using the ETA dates data. This feature is included in the ERP functions addon.

Email Filing beta release

Why spend hours sorting through customer emails? Email Filing automatically routes incoming emails to the appropriate customer accounts. A central view makes it simple to search for emails. When an email cannot be matched to a customer, it is marked as un-filed.
It is a feature available now on Qblue Inventory.
