CRM

• Added tags filter accepted from URL parameter
• Don't show the task conversations on the main notes listing page
• When emailing a task/job calendar file, add the action by email address for recipient's selection

Integrations

• Added suburb to combat an issue with Locad complaining about the address
• Shopify integration:
  • Check to get and record the web store publication ID
  • Uses Province address line for the state name
  • If an item has an explicit each fixed amount discount, calculate the net item price in the order
  • Prepare for GraphQL integration upgrade, and check to import & record the GraphQL IDs
• Added file run schedule for Hourly and Every30Mins

Products

• Added an option for showing selling prices on the products transactions page export

Purchase

• Added the change currency function for purchase orders
• Added checklist confirmation for selected product types
• Amended the issue of undo receive not reversing the batch numbers that were previously entered

Reports

Sales

• Order entry:
  • New method to check if the invoice date period is locked, if so, lock from editing the invoice headers
  • Display signature captured on the order entry page
  • Check for duplicated customer reference/PO number from the existing outstanding sales orders
  • When confirming a quote, set the order date to today's date (setting)
• POS:
  • New interface with CAS scales
  • Added open cash drawer/till command
  • Check if no receipt printing is needed, open the cash drawer (setting)
  • Customer loyalty update to automatically issue a free voucher after the customer spending has reached a certain value (in the sales setting)

Settings

• Added new sales setting for when confirming a quote, set the order date to today's date
• Flag to tell the system not to change the order's user status after a reminder is sent
• Added POS button link with getting weight from CAS scales
• Added new user status parameter for the sales orders and order reminders email templates

Misc

• Added ability to view a list of customers belong to the pricing tier tag(s)
• When looking up batch numbers for a product during ship out or pre-allocating batch numbers, show the "Allocated to orders qty" column
