Where can I view a customer’s overdue invoices?


To view all overdue invoices (ageing totals) and transactions for a customer:

  1. Go to CRM, then select Companies.
  2. Search for and click on the customer.
  3. Click Transactions on the left access menu.

To view a list of all customers that have overdue invoices, go to Reports, then select Customers ageing.
