Overview of CRM

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a beneficial strategy of managing your current and potential customers.

The process and use of CRM varies depending on the type of company and how each business owner wants to run their business.

Manage potential customers under the CRM module

A successful sales opportunity often starts from a lead, which then develops into an opportunity before proceeding to the quoting procedure

Remember that this process is very flexible and looks different for every business. For example, not all businesses use leads—some prefer to skip this step and set a new contact directly as an opportunity. You may find that your business works better without using leads or opportunities at all, particularly if your business provides services rather than measurable items.

 Example CRM Process
Lead ➜ Opportunity ➜ Customer

With Qblue's CRM system, you can set each contact to the stage of the sales process at which they're currently at, and change their status as they progress further through the process.
