Opportunities


Bookmarks: Display modes | Link to a quote

Opportunities are deals or tenders to be won - the midway point of a lead-opportunity-customer conversion. You can record them here.

You can also skip the lead step and directly create an opportunity for a prospective customer.

The different opportunity stages are:

  • Prospecting
  • Preparation
  • Approach
  • Presentation
  • Handling objections
  • Won: when a lead or an opportunity reaches this stage, it will be converted into a customer. The conversion rates will be shown on the CRM dashboard.
  • Follow-up
  • Lost: similar to the Won stage, but opposite.
  • Withdrawn

You can view, update, or change the above stages in the Settings section.

 

Display modes

By default, the opportunities display comes with a vertical section showing each of the stages, for convenience.

You can click on the table icon located at the top right window to switch to the table display.

 

 

Link to a quote

To link an opportunity to a quote, edit the opportunity and then click "Link to quote".

From there, you can link to a new quote or to an existing one.

Once the quote has been confirmed and invoiced, the system converts the opportunity to a Won stage.
