Planned visits

This is where you'll find a list of upcoming visits that you've added into the system, including notes and tasks marked with the 'Visit' type. It works on your mobile phone as well as a web application. Use the device's web browser to access it.

Visit types

The default visit types that come with the system are:

Both the task and note visit types can be edited or changed from the Settings page.

On the settings page, toggle the 'This is a visit type' to On (see below image):

Filters

On the Planned visits page, these are the search filters you can use:

• View visits for a customer: filter and view the visits for a particular customer by searching and choosing the customer.
• View for other days: the dates navigation allows you to view the visits for other date ranges.
• Other task types: view other tasks by choosing another type from the 'Visit notes & tasks' dropdown box.
