Batch numbers

Watch a quick demonstration of the batch numbers and best before dates process.

It includes:

• Capturing batch numbers during purchase order receive
• Enter or select the batch numbers during sales orders dispatch

On the batch numbers page (Products menu > Inventory control > Batch numbers), it has the following functions:

• View batch tracking movements by clicking on a batch number
• Print batch number labels (A5 size)
• Print a traceability report
• Search for batch numbers and tracking details
• View expiry dates
• Filter by expired products
