How to import sales orders


Follow the steps below to import sales orders from a spreadsheet:

  1. Go to Products menu > Import data
  2. Choose "Sales orders" from the data type dropdown box (on the left-hand side of the page)
  3. Click "Download template"
  4. Open the downloaded spreadsheet, and populate the correct data into the respective columns
  5. When ready, upload the file back onto Qblue
  6. Qblue performs a series of checks including:
    • Ensure the SKU exists
    • Ensure the customer card file exists

 

Important columns

  • A = Order no. or automatic
    • Enter "automatic" (without quotes) to allow the system to determine the next order number
  • B = Customer name
  • E = Order date
  • X = Sku
  • Z = Order quantity
  • AA = Unit price
  • J to U = Shipping address and contact details
