How to refund a deposit paid

To refund a deposit paid on a sales order, simply click on the "Prepay order" menu link (from the more dropdown menu) and enter the reverse dollar amount.

For example:

If the sales order has been cancelled, bring it up and click on "Refund"

• Go to Sales menu, then sales orders
• Search for the cancelled order
• Click to open to view it
• Click Refund
