Files

The system allows you to upload documents and files against any module, and also acts as a standalone filing cabinet or virtual filing system.

Limitations

Accepted file types are limited to:

.csv,.doc,.docx,.jpeg,.jpg,.log,.mp3,.pdf,.png,.ppt,.pptx,.tiff,.txt,.vdx,.vsdx,.xls,.xlsx

Maximum file size for a single file: 10mb

Maximum number of files able to be uploaded at once: 10

Referencing files

At the time of uploading files, you can enter a reference text that will help you find them later.

Access and open files

At the moment, you can only open one file at a time. This is done by clicking on the file icon in the Application column (shown below):
