Files

Shared (common) files are company-related documents that can be viewed by all members of your company, such as agreement forms or company regulations.

Non-shared files are customer-related documents that are uploaded directly to a specific customer's card file—they are not shared across your company like common files.

The Cloud files page displays a list of all documents and files you've uploaded into Qblue. From this page, you can upload or view shared/common files, as well as access any files uploaded to individual customer card files.

You can think of this page as a standalone filing cabinet or virtual filing system.
