Can I set an alternative display name for my email address?
What is an alternative display name?
An alternative display name for your email address is the name that appears alongside your 'From' email address when customers receive your emails.
For example, if your display name is "Honeybear Ltd," your emails will appear as:

Setting an alternative display name is commonly used to represent the company name in outgoing emails.
How can I set an alternative display name?
- Click My account, then select Settings.
- Under the Company section, click Email settings.
- Under Alternative display name for the "From" email address, enter the display name you'd like to appear on your emails.

- Click Save.
There are two options for the return (reply-to) address when the system sends emails out:
1. By default, the reply-to address is set to the person's email address who logged into the system.
2. Choose a always reply-to email address. This means the reply-to email address will always be set to this address, and have the person's name appears in the "Display name" of the sender part of the email.
To check this configuration go to Settings > Email settings (top left)
Tick the "Set this as the default for sending emails out" box. If this box is not ticked, the reply-to address will revert to the default setting #1 (above).
Box "Always cc myself":
When emailing quotes/orders, if this box is ticked, the person's email address who logged into the system will be set to the CC address automatically.
