Shiptheory

The integration with Shiptheory allows Qblue to upload sales order's shipping address details to Shiptheory as shipments.

Here are the settings required to complete for the integration:

  1. Go to Integrations > Shiptheory > Settings
    • Fill in both the "Shiptheory username" and password
    • If required, instead of using your usual user login to Shiptheory, you could create a different user to be used just for the integration
    • When ready, press the "Test connection" button to check if the login details are OK
  2. (Optional configuration) On the same settings page, map the shipping methods to Shiptheory's delivery services
    • From the "Delivery service mapping" section, click on a shipping method
    • Choose a delivery service
      • Note, if there are no delivery services in the list, try clicking "Test connection" again to import the list from Shiptheory
    • Click Save
  3. Link and assign the Shiptheory integration type onto the shipping methods
    • Go to Settings > Scroll to the "Sales" section, then "Shipping methods"
    • Click on a shipping method from the right; or add a new one
    • Choose "Shiptheory" from the "Integration type" dropdown box
    • Click Save

Sending orders to Shiptheory:

Note, the orders will be sent as Shipments; for those shipping methods that are not mapped, the shipments will be sent as without a preset carrier selection.
