From a new lead to a new invoice


This video demonstrates the creation of a new lead (a prospective customer) in the CRM all the way to creating an invoice for the new customer:

1. Create a new lead and set the score to Hot

2. Create an opportunity (pipeline) for the lead. The lead is now converted.

3. Update the opportunity to a different sales stage

4. Create a new quote for the opportunity

5. Email the quote

6. Customer confirms the quote and prepay the order with a bank transfer deposit (optional step). The opportunity is now converted to a customer.

7. Prepare the stock items and if they are not in stock, link and create a new purchase order for the sales order

8. Ship out and dispatch the order

9. A new invoice is created for the lead

10. The lead has been converted to a customer in full
