How does Qblue Inventory send emails?

Qblue Inventory sends emails in a similar way to other cloud software platforms, like Xero.

• The From address is formatted as "Your name or company name" <message-service@zeablue.com>
• The Reply-to address is set to your own email, or a shared company email that you define on the email settings page. 

This is so that when someone replies to the email, their response goes directly to your email address (or your defined company inbox). This approach means you don't need to modify your business domain's DNS settings like MX, TXT, or SPF records which can be extremely complicated.
