How can I set a return (reply-to) email address?


By default, the return (reply-to) address is set to the email address of the user who was logged into Qblue.

To have replies sent to a different email address and display that person's name in the "display name" sender field:

  1. Click My account, then select Settings.
  2. Under the Company section, click Email settings.
  3. Tick the "Set this as the default for sending emails out" checkbox. If this isn't ticked, the return address will be set to the default setting.
