How do I use the product upload data template?
The product upload data template is used to import or update product information into Qblue. You can download it by going to:
Products > Import data > Select a data type: Products > Download template.
The template is provided as a spreadsheet file, where you can fill in each field as needed. Light blue cells indicate mandatory fields.
You can add, remove, or edit different variations for each product, such as different sizes, colours, or other options.

For products with multiple variations, use a common (parent) name for all variations e.g. Nike Air Shoes. Variations such as size and colour can be entered in the Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3 columns.
If the product doesn't have variations, ensure each description is unique. |
