How do I enable direct/auto print?

To enable auto print, you'll need to use a supported operating system (Windows 10 or newer) and web browser (Firefox or Microsoft Edge). If you're using Chrome, try using Incognito mode when accessing Qblue.

You'll also need to install and run the Zeablue Print Client. Download the current version from here or follow the installation guide below.

Zeablue Print Client Installation Guide

  1. Download the print client zip file.
  2. Extract the zip file.
  3. Open Setup.exe or ZeabluePrintClient.msi to start the installation. If the installer prompts you to install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8, click to install it too as it's required to run the Zeablue Print Client.
  4. Once the installation is complete, the Zeablue Print Client shortcut should appear on your desktop and start menu.
  5. Run the client.
    1. To check if it's running, locate a blue Z icon 🆉 in your system tray area at the bottom-right of your screen.
  6. Select the printer type (Invoice, Packing list, Receipt, or Barcode) by clicking on 🆉 Zeablue Print Client in your system tray, then clicking Select a printer.
    1. Invoice or Packing list: use a laser printer
    2. Receipt: use a receipt printer

📝Note: the print client will launch automatically each time you restart Windows.
