How do I switch between viewing free inventory and current inventory when entering a sales order?
Current inventory = Free inventory + Reserved
Current inventory
The total amount of inventory you have on-hand.
Free inventory
The available inventory you have that's not reserved and is ready for immediate use.
Reserved
Sales orders with Confirmed or Part-fulfilled statuses.
To switch between showing free inventory and current inventory when entering new sales orders:
- Go to My account, then select Settings.
- Under the Sales section, click Options.
- Click the toggle labelled Show free inventory rather than current inventory on the order entry page to turn the feature on/off.
- Click Save.
