How do I invoice a job or task?
To invoice a task or a job:
- Click Tasks on the overhead menu bar, then select Tasks & jobs.
- Search for and click on the task you want to work with.
- Click Create order at the top.
- Fill in any details and add any product lines to the invoice—for example, labour charges or parts that were used for the task or job.
- Click Ship out & invoice at the top-right.
- Click Commit delivery to finalise the order. An invoice will be created and, if you choose to, will be emailed to the customer.
