How do I invoice a job or task?


To invoice a task or a job:

  1. Click Tasks on the overhead menu bar, then select Tasks & jobs.
  2. Search for and click on the task you want to work with.
  3. Click Create order at the top.
     
  4. Fill in any details and add any product lines to the invoicefor example, labour charges or parts that were used for the task or job.
  5. Click Ship out & invoice at the top-right.
  6. Click Commit delivery to finalise the order. An invoice will be created and, if you choose to, will be emailed to the customer.
