How do I reverse a location transfer?
To reverse a location transfer that's already been committed/posted:
- Go to Products. Select Inventory control, then Location transfers.
- Click History, then search for and click on the transfer to open it.
- Reverse the transfer:
- Ensure the From and To locations are swapped, so that stock will move back to the original location.
- Re-enter the same products and quantities used in the original transfer.
- If the original transfer included shipping costs, enter the same amount but as a negative value.

- Once all items, quantities, and any negative shipping costs are correctly entered, commit the transfer.
