Zapier integration
Bookmarks:
Fair usage
This integration requires Zeablue API (available as a paid add-on). It allows Zapier to pull read-only data from Zeablue and send it to your other connected apps.
Warning: Make sure you trust Zapier
By entering the Zeablue API key and password onto Zapier, you are giving third party apps to have access to your live data. Review Zapier's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to understand how Zapier will access, process and protect your data.
Available data access triggers:
- Get Product Changes: returns a list of products recently added/updated/changed since the last access time stamp.
- Get Customers Update: returns a list of customers recently added/updated/changed since the last access time stamp.
- Get Invoices Update: returns a list of invoices created/added since the last access time stamp.
For the first time access, the system returns with records created/changed in the last 5 minutes.
To keep our infrastructure fast and reliable for everyone, we monitor overall request volumes. While standard usage is fully covered under your plan, setting extremely fast polling intervals or generating excessive call volumes beyond normal limits may result in additional API usage fees.
API rate limits
Since our API imposes rate limits, you need to set the polling period on the Zapier Zaps to a minimum of 10 minutes. To do this:
- Open the Zap Editor:
- Go to your Zaps list and click on the Zap workflow you want to adjust.
- Access Advanced Settings:
- In the left-hand sidebar of the Zap editor, click the Advanced settings icon (the gear/cog icon).
- Change the Polling Interval:
- Click the Polling interval dropdown menu and select your desired frequency (minimum of 10 minutes).
- (Optional) Publish Changes:
- You may need to publish the changes so the updated polling interval takes effect starting on the Zap's next poll.
How to Connect Zeablue to Your Zapier Account
Follow the steps below to accept your invitation and start building automated workflows using Zeablue in Zapier.
Step 1: Accept Your Integration Invite
Step 2: Create a New Zap
-
From your Zapier Dashboard, click + Create > Zap in the top left corner.
-
Click on the Trigger or Action step in the editor.
-
In the app search bar, search for Zeablue.
-
Select Zeablue from the list (it will show an "Invite Only" badge).
Step 3: Connect Your Zeablue Account
-
Select the Event you want to use (e.g., Get Product Changes, Get Customers Update or Get Invoices Update) and click Continue.
-
When prompted to select an account, click Sign In (or Connect a new account).
-
A pop-up window will appear asking for your Zeablue API Credentials:
-
Click Yes, Continue to Zeablue.
Step 4: Test & Activate
-
It depends on which app you are connecting onto, you might need to map the different fields.
-
When ready, click Test Step to ensure Zapier can successfully communicate with your Zeablue account.
-
If there is a message that says "No data" or "No records" found, try changing a record on Zeablue. For example: for the "Get Product Changes" event, edit an existing product and make a slight change, then click Save.
-
Complete the rest of your Zap by connecting it to your desired destination app (e.g., Xero, Shopify, Google Sheets, or CRM).
-
