Time clock
Here is an overview of the time clock feature:
- It allows team members to sign in and out on jobs or non-job related tasks (such as lunch time, machine cleaning and so on)
- Each team member can sign in on a job to start working on it, and then once finished, sign out on the job so that computer knows how long the team member has worked on it
- The hours recorded on the job can then be on-charge to the customer as a Labour component on the invoice.
- Setup different charge out groups and rates to team members
- Use the sign in and out to form the daily timesheets of team members
