Profile


Your account management page allows you to update your profile details. 

To access this page, click My account (your name initials at the top-right) > Manage account.


Profile details you can change include:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Change password
  • Create a password for those using Xero logins
  • Enable two-factor authentication

Note: usernames cannot be changed.

Displayed on the right is information about your company account:

  • Current organisation
  • Current location
  • Account type e.g. 14-day trial or a paid plan type
  • Date trial started and ends on (for trial accounts)
