How do I email a payment link with a tax invoice?

On Qblue, you can email invoices that include a credit card payment link. We integrate with Stripe for the payment processing.

To set this up:

1. Make sure you have an active Stripe account that's connected to Qblue.
   • Integrations > Stripe
2. Customise your "Invoice with payment link" email templates
   • Settings > Email templates > Invoice with payment link
   • Or add the [stripepaymentlink] parameter into other email templates such as Proforma invoice or Tax invoice.

Before a sales order is shipped out and invoiced, you can send a tax invoice with a Stripe payment link. To do that:

1. Go to Sales, then select Sales orders.
2. Click on the order you want to send or create a new order.
3. Click Email (dropdown arrow) and select Email invoice with payment link.
