How to setup a manager pin code to authorise selling below margin?

When the checking for minimum GM% is enabled or turned on from the sales setting, a manager pin code will be requested whenever an item is selling below the defined GM%.

To setup the manager pin code:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click "Team members"
3. Click on the manager's team member ID
4. Select a Role (see below) that has an access level of "Location manager", to check this or to create a new Role:
   • Click on the pencil icon next to "Role"
   • Enter a role name
   • From the "Access level" drop down box, choose "Location manager"
   • Click Save
5. Enter a unique pin code
6. When ready, click Save

Here is how to turn on the minimum GM% checking:

1. Go to Settings
2. In the sales section, click Options
3. Scroll near to the bottom of the page
4. Tick "Enable minimum margins checking on product types"
5. You can also define different GM% for each product type by clicking on "Set categories minimum margins"
