Notes


On Qblue Inventory, a task and a note are mostly the same. They have the same structure and the same data entry UI. The difference is the note type.

Note types (on settings)

  • Plain note: set as default
  • Meeting
  • Phone call
  • Visit
  • Complaint

The above are the system defaults.
