Difference between reorder trigger and optimal qty

Reorder trigger qty is the minimum qty you can set on products; it is used in the Replenish inventory page to calculate the suggested reorder qty.

 

Optimal order qty is determined by the supplier. For example, product A comes with a box of 10 units, when the Replenish inventory page suggests the qty to order, the value will be in the multiple of 10 units.
