How to email a payment link with tax invoice

On Qblue Inventory, you can send the customer a tax invoice along with a payment link so they can pay with a credit card on Stripe.

To configure this, firstly you need to have a Stripe account.

Then step 2: enter your Stripe API details:

•     Go to Integrations > Stripe
•     Follow the on-screen prompt to enter:
  • Stripe API secret key

Step 3: check and customise your own "Invoice with payment link" email template:

•     Go to Settings > Email templates:
•     Click "Invoice with payment link"

Step 4: to start using the email with payment link:

•     Open a sales order to edit
•     Click on the drop down arrow next to "Email"
•     Then choose "Email invoice with payment link"
