What is included in the ERP Functions addon
The ERP Functions includes the following features:
- Allows the parent/child company relationship for the customers
- Set statement email address
- Print/view statements that are grouped by parent companies
- Setting credit limits and stop credit status on customers
- Import and download the open items (outstanding/unpaid invoices and credits) from Xero to form the opening balances for the trial balance and statements
- Synchronise the payments, prepayments and credit notes with Xero to make it easier to reconcile with Xero
- For 3PL (3rd party distribution centre), set an order notification email address for packing lists
- Payment and apply to multiple customer invoices at once
- Part ship and back order for point of sale
- Enable editing on finalised orders
- Purchase orders ETA calendar view
