  • Button colour code: the submit button foreground colour. It consists of: default colour, hover colour. The colour code can be obtained from websites like this one: https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp. The colour code begins with a # character.

  • Use placeholder prompts: ticked means the prompt label texts are embedded inside the input boxes; un-ticked means the prompt label texts are placed outside and on top of the input boxes
  • Google reCAPCHA: on means before the user can submit the form, they have to complete a Google security mosaic question
  • Published: on means the form is ready to use
    • Publish form URL: this is the website URL (starts with https://) that you can give to your website programmer to be embedded onto the website; or use this URL as a standalone website page for users to submit new entries.
  • Tags to be inserted straight after HEAD or BODY: this fields are used for advanced HTML codes, and they are used only for experienced programmers
