How do Qblue Inventory send emails


Like most other cloud software platforms (for example: Xero), Qblue Inventory sends emails in a similar way.
 
How we send emails:
  • The "From" address consists of: "Your name or company name" <message-service@zeablue.com>
  • The "Reply-to" address is set to your email address, or to a centralised company email address that you define from the Email settings page.
  • This so that when the recipient replies to the email, the reply goes to your email address or the reply-to email address.
  • The advantage is that you avoid having to modify your business domain settings, such as the configuration of MX, TXT, or SPF records, which can be extremely complicated.
