Auto print client setup


Auto print is used for automatically printing the following documents

  • POS receipts or A4 invoices
  • Packing slips on order dispatch queue
  • Labels from the "Print product labels" page

By default, auto print is not enabled and it displays the PDF report and for the user to print it.

In order to enable auto print, the Zeablue Print Client must be installed and running.

Currently, we only support Windows operating systems from Windows 10 or newer.

In order for the auto print to work well on the retail counter PC, we recommend using the Firefox web browser

For accessing Qblue Inventory on Chrome, the auto print MIGHT NOT work unless the following conditions are met:

  • Try running Qblue Inventory in an Incognito window from Chrome to access Qblue Inventory

 

Installing the Zeablue Print Client

Zeablue Print Client requires Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8. During the install, it may ask to install it, if so, click to install it.

The current version can be downloaded from: https://app.zeablue.com/cdn/ZeabluePrintClient-v270324.msi
