Step by step installation guide
Direct / auto print is used for automatically printing the following documents
- POS receipts or A4 invoices
- Packing slips on order dispatch queue
- Labels from the "Print product labels" page
By default, auto print is not enabled and it displays the PDF report and for the user to print it.
In order to enable auto print, the Zeablue Print Client must be installed and running.
Currently, we only support Windows operating systems from Windows 10 or newer.

For accessing Qblue Inventory on Chrome, the auto print MIGHT NOT work unless the following conditions are met:
- Try running Qblue Inventory in an Incognito window from Chrome to access Qblue Inventory
Installing the Zeablue Print Client
Zeablue Print Client requires Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8. During the install, it may ask to install it, if so, click to install it.

Step by step installation guide
- The Zeablue print client runs only on Windows operating systems from Windows 10 or newer
- Make sure you have the appropriate access rights to install programmes before installing the print client. You may have to ask your IT person to do this.
- Download the ZeabluePrintClient.zip file
- Extract the zip file
- Double click on Setup.exe or ZeabluePrintClient.msi to install
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- After the installation, the ZeabluePrintClient shortcut should appear on the desktop and on the start menu, for example:
- Check if the print client is running:
- When the print client is running, you should find the blue Z icon from the system tray area (bottom right-hand side of the screen), for example:
- Note, the print client is configured to launch automatically each time Windows is restarted.
- Select desktop printers:
- To bring up the printer selection window, left click on the blue Z icon once
- Click "Select a printer"
- Choose the printer type. The options are Invoice, Packing list, Receipt and Barcode.
- Choose a laser printer for both Invoice and Packing list
- Choose a receipt printer for Receipt
- Choose a barcode label printer for Barcode
- For example:
