What web browsers and operating systems can I use with POS?
You can use any modern web browser and operating system to access Qblue's POS system.
However, if you need automatic receipt printing, you'll need to use:
- Web browser: Firefox or Windows Edge
- Operating system: Windows 10 or higher
- Operating system for touch-screen systems: Windows 10 IOT or Windows 11 IOT

When scanning a barcode, ensure the cursor is placed in the product search field. We also recommend configuring the scanner to append a carriage return (ENTER key) after each scan. For configuration instructions, view Zebra's article about enabling carriage returns.
What devices can I use for a touch-screen setup?
We recommend using a computer that runs the Windows operating system. This setup supports automatic receipt printing and integration with EFTPOS terminals.
Qblue's POS application also works on tablet devices, such as iPads or Android tablets using browsers like Safari or Chrome. However, it's important to note that automatic receipt printing will not work on these devices.
