How to insert the company logo onto the email templates?
Follow the steps below to insert your company logo into the body of the email templates:
1) Copy the image URL of your company logo that has been uploaded onto the company profile page:
- Go to Settings, then "Company profile"
- Right-click on top of your company logo from the right. If the company logo has not been uploaded yet, click "Change logo" to upload one.
- On the right-click context menu, select either one of the below:
- Copy image address
- or Copy image link
2) Insert the copied image address onto the email templates
- Edit an email template
- Place the cursor anywhere you want to insert the logo into
- Click on the image icon
- Paste the image address onto the URL field
- At this point, you can adjust the dimension of the image
- When ready, click OK
